Onboarding blue-collar workers

I've been reading this article recently: “Amazon to hire 11,000 interns and graduates despite AI job disruption fears, says AWS CEO”.

A few things worth considering if you work with HR and site operations teams:

→ first 30 days set the tone isn't a one-time project — it's an operating habit. → The organisations ahead of the curve treat their workforce data as seriously as their financial data. → None of this works without genuine buy-in from frontline managers, not just HR.
